Spacious three bedroom, four bathroom home with finished walkout basement located 2 miles from East Hampton Village in Northwest Woods.
Perfect for families looking for peace and quiet and plenty of space to chill.
The home features a newly renovated chef's kitchen (pictures forthcoming) that opens to a living room with vaulted ceilings overlooking a new, wraparound deck with charcoal grills and a fire pit that looks out onto a preserve.
Master bedroom with jacuzzi tub is located on the first floor. Two additional bedrooms plus a den are on the 2nd floor.
The 1500 SQFT basement, which is newly finished, is used as an artist studio, office, and workout area. It includes a new bathroom and an outdoor shower plus a futon and dedicated heating/cooling zone.
Dogs are allowed with an additional Pet Deposit. The backyard is fenced in.
