Parking at Turquoise Place is limited. Each unit has one assigned space and thus only guaranteed one parking spot. The use of a second, un-numbered space in the parking garage is based upon availability. Also, please remember that RVs (or extended vans with rv hook ups), trailers, boats, jet skis, etc. are not permitted in the garages OR overflow lots.

Comfortable visit

Condo was a nice, sizable fit for our family vacation with all things necessary for a comfortable stay. Overall the place was clean, but the carpets in the bedrooms need to be professionally cleaned and/or replaced. The location of the building to the beach was great, but be prepared to wait a long time for the elevators anytime you need one. That and the fact we never could use the outdoor pools because they were so incredibly cold will be reasons to consider a return. Restaurants outside of the resort were all great!

Luxury

The condo was beautiful, exceeded expectations. Our family was looking for a nice vacation to cap off the hectic year. With three littles, the easily access to pool and beach were essential, especially making it up for nap time and back out to the pool after. The amenities at the resort were top notch. My kids loved the pool and splash pad. The condo had everything we needed to cook meals, and enjoy the beach. We have already planned to come back. Definitely worth the trip!

The condo was beautifully decorated and fully stocked. Parking was a breeze with the assigned space just outside the elevators making it easy to load and unload. Everything was as advertised and we would definitely stay again! The Property Management team was very helpful and available to answer questions and give us recommendations.

The communication was easy and they were very responsive to any needs/concerns we had. The owners were very generous and left things that other condos don’t usually leave such as salt, pepper, spices, some starter K cups and hand soap. If you have a little one, these owners are very prepared for having a young child or baby in tow. The bathrooms are very luxurious and the water pressure was awesome!!All of the furniture and beds were quite comfortable. We stayed for a total of 10 days and we did find that we could have used a few extra hangers. Other than that, you wouldn’t need to bring any thing out of the ordinary.Parking is a breeze and the assigned parking space was right outside of the elevator doors. It could not have been more convenient for us!We will be back!!

18th Birthday Party Trip NO HOT TUB

I hate leaving bad reviews because the condo is very beautiful and the owners do have a lot of extras most don’t have. I do believe the condo is worth the money to stay . BUT…. I booked a condo at Turquoise place in February because they are known for every condo having a hot tub on the balcony and being that it is cool in February at the beach my daughter who just turned 18 wanted her and her friends to stay here so we would be in our own room and hot tub and just enjoy relaxing in general. This specific room no longer has a hot tub. Although there was no pictures of the hot tub it does state in the description popular amenities that there is a hot tub as all them do. It also does not specifically say it does or doesn’t either. It was just disappointing to expect something that wasn’t there . I reached out to Property Manager she was very nice and told me owners can choose to remove them once they go out and that owner wanted to remove it . She told me that they had no other properties available but would talk to her manager and see what else they could do but I have not heard back from her on that and that’s fine it’s a lessoned learned on my part for sure. The condo was clean to the eye but not cleaned very good. I ended up going to Walmart to buy cleaning stuff and clean the whole condo because it just felt like they came in made beds and that’s it. The water in every bathroom but the master shower never got passed warm so we all shared the master bathroom.
