Boasting three bedrooms and a good sized garden there is plenty of space for you to relax whilst close to the beaches, town centre and transport links. Garden Cottage has a separate living room to unwind and a large kitchen / dining room to enjoy meals. There is also a bright conservatory for additional seating that allows access to the beautiful garden. The garden also has outdoor furniture and a BBQ for you to use.

The cottage has two double bedrooms and a single room that can comfortably host five guests. There is a large dining table and a breakfast bar for additional seating as well as the conservatory to relax in. There are great bus links just minutes away to take you to the beaches and town centre as well as the local train station only five minutes walk away if you wish to venture further afield! If you wish to walk to the beach this is only a 25 minute walk away.

The driveway has parking available for one vehicle and there is also free parking for additional vehicles on the streets at the end of the driveway.

The cottage has a strict no party / event policy and is used for residential purposes only.
