Enjoy coffee on the deck and take in the impressive views. Head out and walk/bike to the nearby trail heads in Hobbs National Forest or explore War Eagle Caverns. Pick up local ingredients in downtown Rogers to later craft a meal in the fully stocked kitchen. Wind down the day with the friends and family on the reclining couch to watch a movie on the "Big Screen" 85" TV. Spacious downstairs area with game and movie room. Roast some marshmallows over the fire pit and enjoy the lake side views. Circular pull through driveway for ease of parking your boat. Boat launch about half a mile from the house. Please note, this is not a party house. Our neighborhood is inhabited by retired individuals that love their peace and quiet. Our goal is to cater to families that are looking for some R&R with their loved ones while having the benefit of the lake close by. For your safety and of our neighborhood, cameras are monitored and surround the exterior of the home and provide a clear view to all the property boundaries. Please note, no cameras are inside the home.
