Excellent apartment, decorated and cozy, located in the Jardim do Atlântico Building, close to stalls, restaurant and best of all: 300 meters from the beach!

It consists of 1 air-conditioned suite, integrated living room and kitchen, and balcony.

We take care of the apartment with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

The composition of the rooms is as follows:

Suite 1: 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and wardrobe.

Note: We have 1 sofa bed in the living room.

In addition to the apartment, all guests will have access to common areas. For the exclusive use of the kiosks, guests will have to book at the concierge with payment for single use, with a value of R$ 50.00.

Vilas do Atlântico is an excellent place to get in touch with nature and to relax. Due to its proximity to the Airport, it is a great option for those who want to enjoy their vacations on the beach and do not want to go to distant places.
