Getaway to "The Murph" - a brand-new vacation home located on serene North Topsail Island! Featuring high-end amenities and modern luxuries, this 8-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom home is perfect for a beach retreat with all of your family and friends as it accommodates 18 guests. Located directly on Topsail Sound and directly across from the ocean, you'll love the best of both worlds on your beach retreat. However, the best is yet to come! Enjoy the pool and hot tub that is maintained year-round!

Inside, prepare to be welcomed by the open living area on the second level, which features ample seating, a Smart TV, and direct access to an ocean-view balcony! The well-stocked kitchen features stainless appliances, a large island with seating for 6, and is the perfect place to prepare vacation meals. The dining area features a large dining table with seating for 12.

On the first level, Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, Smart TV, access to a first-floor balcony with ocean views, and an attached bathroom. The attached bathroom offers a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 features a queen-sized bed, a Smart TV, access to an ocean-view balcony, and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 offers a queen-sized bed, a Smart TV, and access to a private bathroom. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 offers a twin bunk bed, smart TV, bay-view balcony, and an attached bathroom.
