Cozy Shanty Creek Studio Condo w/ Lake Bellaire view and Access.

Newly Renovated, New Paint, Floors, Ceiling, New Mattresses and more!!! This studio condo is perfect for you. Located in the heart of the Summit Village at Shanty Creek resort, you can walk out to ski or snowboard at Summit mountain or hop on the shuttle for a short ride to Schuss mountain and catch some air in the Monster Energy terrain park. It’s just a short drive down to the Shanty Creek Beach Club (key card access provided) to enjoy beautiful Lake Bellaire, where you can go boating, play tennis, pickleball or just relax on the beach. There are many great golf courses to choose from in season. After a day on the slopes or out on the golf course, grab a bite to eat from one of the many restaurants. The kitchenette in the condo has a two burner hotplate; a microwave; air fryer; keurig; fridge and place setting for four. This unit sleeps 4, there is one queen bed and two twin beds (loveseats convert to twin bed) The unit has beautiful views of Lake Bellaire.

Five star perfect

My husband and I were up from Texas for a family Christmas. I made an error in our booking dates (next year). When I text the owner about checking in process my error was discovered. The owner very quickly responded and helped me out getting our dates swapped over. The condo was perfect for our 5 day stay. It has just been updated, no costs spared on the update. It was spotlessly clean. The view of Bellaire Lake was gorgeous. We didn’t cook during our stay, just morning coffee but the kitchenette was well supplied with all the necessary cooking equipment to make full meals. The location was perfect, just a short walk and you would be in the Lakeview hotel or Shanty Creek Shack. Overall this is definitely a five star condo, location. We will for sure be back.

It was a wonderful location for us and the condo was nicely updated. We've enjoyed Shanty Creek the past few years and look forward to returning.

Highly recommend this beautiful property!

We loved staying at this cozy, recently updated property. Great location close to downtown Bellaire which has great shopping and restaurants. We went in the Fall but the location is perfect for skiing, golf and summer lake fun. Beautiful views of Lake Bellaire! Extremely clean, well equipped and easy to follow check-in instructions were provided. Rich and Beth were excellent hosts and very responsive! Highly recommend this property and we will definitely book again in the future!

Rich and Beth live in Florida, but have been visiting the Bellaire area most of their lives.

Beth started coming to Lake Bellaire at age 16 and has been coming back most every year since. She enjoys boating and swimming in the crystal clear waters of the lake.

Rich and his kids regularly rented a condo at Shanty Creek / Schuss Mountain to sky.

In 2022, Beth and Rich married (second marriage for both), and came back to Lake Bellaire for a vacation and remembered why they loved this area.

They chose the Windcliff Condominiums because of the location to everything they enjoy. Swimming and boating in the simmer is just a short drive to the Lake, and they can just walk to the Ski slopes in the Winter.

Travers City is about a 45 minute drive and Boyne Mountain is just over 30 minutes away,

Our Condo is newly renovated. New floors, ceiling, mattresses and paint. Also, our condo is one of the only units that has a direct view of Lake Bellaire that is not obstructed by the trees in the summer.
