Family Friendly Pool House Retreat!

When you are here, you’re home! Our goal is to make our guests feel most welcome and comfortable when staying at our property. Our Cozy 3 bedroom family pool home located in North west Cape sleeps up to 11 because we love hosting large gatherings with our family and friends and wanted to provide the same atmosphere for other families. Our home is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay, we even have beach towels if you decide to spend the day out at one of our several beaches. If you just wanted to spend your time in doors relaxing we have you covered with our private covered pool. Our home is also centrally located to restaurants, shops and public golf courses nearby.

The house was spacious and we had all we needed Unfortunately the weather was much too cool to make use of the beautiful pool

Cape Coral stay

The owner was always accommodating and was always there to help BUT KITCHEN supplies , living room furniture needs to be up dated and a book on how to run things need to be implemented . Pool was very cold and couldn’t use it . Maybe I assumed it was heated but it was a disappointment for us being older. The last week in March it was starting to get warmer but not enough to swim only to float on tube .. the out lay of the home is absolutely perfect .

Brittany’s pillow

My daughter in law left her memory foam pillow behind. We went back but it was after 11 so the code must have changed. Is there any way we can get in to get her pillow? We are in the area in Monday, April 1 in the morning and still in Florida until mid April.

week getaway

on arrival we noticed the A/C return air filter was completely inoperable and the dust/dirt was very visible in the filter screen. I removed it and replaced it with a new filter. The bath shower areas were infested with ghost ants. We did our best with bleach to get rid of them. The pool pump was not working properly shutting on/off every few minutes which was certainly a waste of electricity. There was no pool floats and we purchased some and left them. All of the above was communicated with the host.
