You and your friends will be close to everything when you stay in our Franklin-central located duplex. Enjoy the mid-century modern, open-concept living space on the first floor with a full kitchen, and 6-seater dining table, and relax on the comfy sectional. Mosey upstairs for the night and enjoy two full baths, a king-size bed, two twin beds, and a queen. Our space is child friendly and stocked with every little thing you might need.

The house is two miles from the heart of Downtown Franklin, and a brief bike ride to parks and playgrounds. Our house is less than 5 min away from cafes, parks, museums, shops, and restaurants. A great location for you to discover Franklin the best way.

Guests have access to 2.5 baths (2 showers, 1 bath, 3 toilets), a king bed, a queen bed, and two twin beds, open and bright living room space, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer. The unit is equipped with Wifi, a coffee maker with coffee, teas, sugar, and cream, and a TV with free access to streaming services (YouTube, HBO Max, Netflix & Amazon Prime) to make your stay comfortable.

Our house is BABY/TODDLER FRIENDLY! We are stocked with all of the essentials:
- Pack ‘n Play + sheets and blankets
- Bath time necessities (wash, lotion, pitcher, temp checker, diaper cream, washcloths)
- Toys (books, coloring supplies, puzzles, etc.)
- High chair & booster seat
- Toddler plates, spoons, forks, bowls & bibs. (Plus free oatmeal in the pantry)
- Blackout curtains

Additionally, each young guest is greeted with a custom, age-appropriate goodie bag!
