Ample parking in front of the house. Driveway parking is available but not encouraged, due to steepness. Do not park in garage.

Tesla EV charger is available for guest use in the Spring and Summer months (April 1- Oct 31), weather permitting. The charger is located on the side of the home, the location of which has a steep hill, therefore, we don't allow use during icy conditions.

Host is available via phone, text, or booking platform messaging. Guest communication is always available 8am-9pm PST, but may not be available overnight. Text and booking platform is preferred and likely to give quicker response.

• Clean up after yourself, indoors and outdoors.

Be Mindful of Noise
• Observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM (local ordinance).
• No events, parties, gatherings, or visitors allowed without prior written permission.
• Noise complaints are taken seriously and may cause immediate termination of your stay.
• Violation of noise or code enforcement policies will cause a $1000 fine.

Report Any Issues Promptly
• Report any cleaning concerns, damages, or malfunctioning amenities within the first 12 hours of check-in.
