Welcome to this beautiful ranch in up-state Spartanburg, South Carolina. Located on a quiet street a mile from I-85, this home is close to all amenities including Starbucks, QT gas stations, McDonalds, Ingles supermarket, and many more. Easy access to Spartanburg, Greenville, and Charlotte N.C. This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 living areas, dining area, and a large covered patio with seating and table. The home will accommodate up to 8 guests. We look forward to hosting you!

Clean, comfy and close

Our stay was perfect. Our check-in was seamless (we even were able to check in an hour early due to our family arriving at different times, that was greatly appreciated)! Our bed was comfy, the living room was cozy and the towels were quality. Don’t always find a rental with quality towels, that’s important! Our host even provided specialty sweeteners and a cute coffee station. The location was close to grocery stores and dining. We will definitely stay again when visiting my dad. Thanks Jeff!

Absolutely fantastic accommodation! Cleanest place ever! The kitchen has every utensil and appliance needed. So much thought has gone in to making guests stay comfortable. The decor was minimal and tasteful. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Perfect location for our visit. Defiantly recommend.

Perfect place to stay in Spartanburg!

Very clean and inviting. This house provided the perfect atmosphere for a relaxed, enjoyable vacation with the family. The owner is very kind and the process from arival to departure was flawless. 5 stars, hands down!

Friends Trip

We all had a lovely time at this property! We found it to be clean and enjoyable. The house has a great layout and items we needed for our stay. Jeff was a great host and provided clear instructions ahead of time making access a breeze. The house was in a perfect location for our needs and extremely close to the grocery store. The stay was very comfortable with great couches and nice beds. We especially appreciated the big, soft, and fluffy towels.. We would stay again! Thank you!

Perfect place to stay

The property was well maintained. It was clean all throughout the house. The kitchen was well stocked, even included coffee. (Only thing missing were some ice trays, but we didn’t need them). The stocked toiletries were an added bonus. Bathrooms were clean, and had plenty of towels and washcloths for the family. All the beds were comfortable as well. The bonus room made for a great play area for the kiddos while the adults could sit in the living room and have conversation. Check-in/out process was easy and was well described in the manual on the counter. The manual answered any questions we had, but the host responded quickly and helped answer any other questions we had before hand. 10/10 recommend staying here!

Clean and convenient

The house is so clean and convenient to the downtown area ( about 15 minutes away but a very easy drive) The beds were very comfortable and nice showers. The neighborhood was quiet, no issues. Jeff was very communicative.

Close to family

Clean and well supplied with comfortable beds. Perfect fit for our family of 4. We just needed a simple place with bedrooms for the kids and this was a great fit for us.

This is a great, clean, well appointed property. Jeff was very responsive to all questions we had and was very accommodating when our plans changed and we had to extend our trip. We will definitely stay here again.
