Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located Flagstaff townhome. We have put a lot of effort into ensuring a great balance of luxury amenities and furnishings, yet a cozy cabin-like feel. 7 minutes to Downtown Flagstaff. 3 minutes to NAU. 15 minutes to Snowbowl Mountain.

Three bedrooms with two full baths sleeps 7 comfortably (no couch bed needed) – perfect for two families or a large group of friends. Wi-Fi fiber optic... video calls & streaming at 690 Mbps!

The space:
Location, Location, Location: 7 minutes to the shops, restaurants, bars, and events in Downtown Flagstaff. 5 minutes to over a dozen hiking trails. 7 minutes to the local Bark Park for the pups. 3 minutes to Northern Arizona University campus. 15 minutes to the infamous Arizona Snowbowl Mountain.

Kitchen: Open floor plan and a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, appliances, and brand NEW dishes, pans, knives, blender, Keurig, crockpot, silverware, and more (see chef list below). We’re not fans of a bunch of old, broken, and mismatched stuff from the 80’s and figure you aren't either.

Living/Dining: Your whole gang can cozy up on our brand-new sectional sofa in front of the fireplace and new 65" Smart HDTV. The dining room seats 6 at the table and 3 at the kitchen bar – perfect for a night of board games or recapping the day over cocktails and dinner. The home has a touchscreen thermostat with central heating and A/C cooling (rare in Flagstaff!)

Maximum Occupancy: Sleeps 7 on new luxurious bedding. We provide the best oversized fluffy towels for all guests. To maximize the comfort of your stay, there are extra blankets, pillows, and sound machines/air purifiers located in all of the bedroom closets. In addition, there are 12 different types of pillows in the home. Please feel free to find your favorite to ensure you get the best night’s sleep.

Master Bedroom: King bed with brand new memory foam mattress and plush pillow topper, premium luxury bedding and sheets, full dresser to store all your essentials, ceiling fan, mirror, wireless charging station, alarm clock with Bluetooth speaker, and USB ports for additional charging.

Master Bath: En-suite with walk-in shower, double sink vanity, makeup towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

2nd Bedroom: Queen bed with brand new memory foam mattress and plush pillow topper, premium luxury bedding and sheets, full dresser to store all your essentials, ceiling fan, mirror, wireless charging station, alarm clock with Bluetooth speaker, and USB ports for additional charging.

Full Bath: Shower/tub combo, hair dryer, makeup towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

3rd Bedroom: Full and Twin Bunk Bed with additional safety-enabled staircase. Sleeps 2 on the Full and 1 on the Twin. Brand new memory foam mattresses with premium luxury bedding and sheets, and a ceiling fan.

Additional Amenities: Full-size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, luggage racks, hangars, pillow menu, and sound machines/air purifiers.

Parking/Storage: You have full access to the attached 2-car garage. Take advantage of our storage space for skis, boards, and poles. Feel free to use our sled! Remove those boots and store your gear on the countless hooks.

Guest access: You have full access to the entire home, backyard, driveway, and attached garage. There are 2 Parks/Playgrounds/Dog Parks located in our neighborhood community. They also include a basketball hoop and great spaces for picnics or family walks!

Other things to note:
Kitchen Stuff – for the chefs: A set of 8 stoneware dishes (Plates, Bowls, Mugs, Silverware, and Glasses) including water, wine, and champagne flutes. The other essentials - Coffee Maker and Filters, Keurig Machine and K-cups/pods, Blender, Waffle Maker, Non-stick Grill Pans, Cast Iron Pan, Cutting Boards, Tea Kettle, Toaster, Crock Pot, Cookie Sheets, Mixing & Prep Bowls, Baking Pans, Colanders, Silicone Utensils, and Wine Opener. We also provide olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar, tea, hot chocolate pods, and creamer. If we’re missing something, please let us know.

Pet Policy: We welcome all furry friends and companions! There are food and water bowls, a warm and cozy bed, disinfecting paw wipes, and extra poop bags for your furry friends located in the home. If you need to leave the house during your stay, please ensure to crate or kennel your pet to make them feel comfortable and reduce any accidents and damages.
