Nestled against the forest, Bellevue Chalet offers direct access to scenic walking trails leading to the picturesque Portneuf River, perfect for fishing and leisurely picnics. The property is secured with an on-site security guard. This chalet is not intended for loud parties or gatherings that exceed the permitted capacity. If this rule is violated, the stay may be immediately cancelled without refund.

This chalet is intended for family getaways and peaceful stays with friends. Any gathering that exceeds the maximum occupancy or causes noise disturbances is strictly prohibited.
A security guard patrols the area every night. If an unauthorized party is detected, it will result in immediate cancellation and eviction of the guests, without refund.
We take this policy very seriously to ensure a quiet environment for our neighbors and a pleasant experience for all our guests.
