The apartment is spacious, comfortable, balcony facing the sea, 2 comfortable rooms with sea view, equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer. The Palmetto Building features: Mini Market, Adult and Children Pool, Restaurant, Gym, Turkish Bath, Wifi and Beach in front of building.
The space
Apartment 2302 has a maximum capacity for 6 people, it is located facing the sea with a beautiful view from the balcony and the rooms.
The apartment has an air-conditioned dining room, a dining room with a counter in the kitchen, 1 double sofa bed in the living room, cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen in case you want to cook in the apartment, a work area equipped with a washer, dryer, a laundry room with its hanger and 2 garbage cans, 2 full bathrooms equipped with body towels, your face and for the pool and/or beach, a hairdryer, 2 air-conditioned rooms: a room with a queen size bed and 1 single sofa bed, and the second room with a double tween bed and a single sofa bed, each room with its television, closet, safe, sheets, blankets, on the bed and also has a balcony with a room to enjoy with family and friends of the beautiful view of the city.

The pools offer every day from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Except on Tuesday, which doesn't work for maintenance on the pools during the morning, they start working after 2:00 PM.
Other things to note
The apartment is directly handed over by the owner, Yolanda Ramirez, who will always be available for any request or need that might arise with the best customer-care attitude so that all guests feel comfortable and at ease in the apartment.

It is very important to take into account the requirements that must be taken into account at the time of registration and/or Check In in the Palmetto building of guests and visitors in the city of Cartagena, to comply with the control entities of the country that govern the tourist establishments in Colombia:

1. If you are a foreigner you must show at the time of check-in and/or check in the building your valid passport.

2. If you are a foreigner of Venezuelan nationality, you must present your current Passport and/or your valid Stay Permit for registration and/or check-in in the Palmetto building.

3. If you are of Colombian nationality, you must present your Citizenship Card if you are of legal age or your Identity Card and/or Civil Registry if you are under age at the time of registration and/or check in in the Palmetto building.

4. Minors must register with their parents at the time of check-in in the Palmetto building, otherwise the adult in charge of the minor must bring a permission authenticated by the parents of the minor authorizing the person who accompanies him to register the minor in the Palmetto building, as a preventive measure for the protection of children in Colombia.

5. The Palmetto building at the time of check-in charges $50,000 for the bracelet as a right of use of its common areas, which must be carried by the guest during their entire stay in the Palmetto building, as a control measure for the income of the guests to the Palmetto building, this value is already included in the Cleaning item, there is no additional charge upon arrival to the building, this value is already included in the USD40 of Cleaning.

Visitors to the apts can enter the hours from 9 am to 9 pm, they can only be in the apts but they cannot make use of the common areas of the building and up to 3 visitors are accepted at the time in the apt.

For the registration of visitors in the Palmetto building, it is necessary that they provide their valid identification document.
If you are a foreigner, you must present your valid Passport. If you are Colombian, you must present your citizenship card if you are an adult, your identity card and/or your civil registration if you are a minor. A minor who is not accompanied by his or her parents must provide the adult responsible for the minor with authenticated permission from the minor's parents, authorizing the adult in charge of the minor.
