Common space include one Dining Room and one Living room so guests can enjoy a Delicious meal and relax to choose from over 150 TV channels or use high speed Wifi. There are two flat screen TV's in the living room and bedroom,200+channels,Netflix.
The apartment is equiped with full kitchen utilities, dishes, glasses,pots&pans,dishwasher/dish soap etc. Coffee machine,toaster,blender ,vacuum are all available.
We also provide pool towels, towels,shampoo, body wash , soap and tissues.

The whole apartment is available to the guest and is totally private. SPA cards are provided to use the amenities( Pool , SPA)

W residences is in the center ofthe Miami business district overlooking Miami Bay.Close to many different areas of the city such as Wynwood,Midtown,South Beach and Miami Art Design District, this apartment is convenient for guests wanting to explore the city. Besides the property being surrounded by skyscrapers and mixed landscape,the neighborhood is occupied by delicious high rated restaurants, night life venues,relaxing local coffee shops,organic grocery stores and street family organic markets on weekends.

The best way to enjoy the activities available around the building is to simply walk . Everything is accessible from walking distance . Metro mover (1 min away ) also uber is highly recommended to visit other neighborhoods in Miami.
-The guest agrees to pay $20 for any Check-in/arrival time after (10 pm) and $50 after midnight (12:00 am).

-Guests must make sure to leave keys and fob inside the unit on the day of their check-out and submit a picture for visibility. Missing fobs will result in a $250 fee under any circumstances.

-Smoking is strongly prohibited inside all our units. Smoking smell and/or evidence of smoking inside premises will result in a $250 fee.

-Guests are liable for any damage or missing items inside the property. Please leave the unit in good condition to avoid additional fees.

-Garbage: Trash chute is located next to units that end with 01 (1601,1701,1801…). Please do not leave garbage bags on the floor. Garbage bags are not to be left unattended in front of doors or stairwells.

-Smoking: Cigarette filters are not to be thrown off the balcony.

-Noise Complaints: Parties are not allowed in the unit as this is a residential building. The maximum occupancy of a unit is two adults per bedroom. There should be NO loud or unusual noises after 11 pm or before 7 am.

-The host is not responsible for amenities closures or construction disturbance by the building during your stay. The building will provide up to two amenities access cards per unit. Refunds do not apply.

-Food Deliveries: Food deliveries are not allowed in the lobby. All food deliveries are to be picked up on the ground level with security or sent up to the unit. The name for delivery must be the same as the one on the reservation.

-Dress Code: All guests must be covered up accordingly. Shirts, shoes and pants/shorts.

-Masks: Wearing a mask is mandatory in all common areas at all times (Hallways, Lobby, Elevators, Mailroom, and security room.)

-Fire Safety: No gas, charcoals, or any devices with open flames are allowed on the balcony or in the unit.

-The guest agrees not to hold the host liable for any losses or damages of personal belongings inside the premises.

-The guest agrees not to hold the host liable for any physical injuries that take place during the stay.
