features a comfortable king bed on the lower level, with an air
mattress tucked away in the loft portion, offering additional sleeping
space. The living room boasts a sizable sofa, creating an inviting
atmosphere for relaxation.

The space

The open kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and kitchen
essentials you need. A modern washroom with a glass shower unit adds to
the contemporary charm of this studio. Step out onto the attached
balcony and enjoy views of the vibrant community.
As a resident of The Lofts, you'll have access to fantastic building
facilities, including a refreshing pool, a well-equipped gym, a games
room, a muti-purpose room and a dedicated kids' play area.
Conveniently situated next to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, and the Opera,
with the added perk of free parking, this studio offers a perfect blend
of comfort and convenience in the heart of the city.
The property is 15 minutes away from Dubai International Airport, a few
minutes' walk from the Metro, as well as just a short driving distance
from all the city's attractions.

Guest access

Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to
themselves.

Other things to note

We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and
at an additional cost, if required.
Linen & towels as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and
basic shower amenities are provided.
Please note that you will automatically be charged The Dubai Tourism
Tax when making a reservation.

Please note that there is ongoing construction nearby, which may
occasionally result in elevated noise levels.
We are very happy to accommodate a same day check in. Kindly note: If
the booking is made at 2pm or thereafter, please allow us, up to 60
