Beautiful Condo located within walking distance of downtown entertainment and restaurants. Steps away to parks and the concho river! With 2 Queen Bedrooms, 2 Full bathrooms, spacious living area and a full-size kitchen, there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Kids are welcome and we also have a Portable Crib/Playpen.
Also a Smart TV in the living room for streaming and Wi-Fi! Service animals are always welcome but please no pets.


There is a shared courtyard in the condominium complex
and Two Private parking space for guests.
There are a few cats that belong to another condo owner, and they do roam the courtyard area. But don't worry they are very friendly!
What we love most about our place is that it feels like a home. Nice and quiet community and always comfortable but you may hear neighbors going about their day as well at times.
The Condo is next door to a wedding venue and there is sometimes outdoor music, but they adhere to the city mandate for noise.

Cancellations/Trip Alterations: Our cancellation policy will be upheld as stated. This applies to trip alterations as well as cancellations. Trip insurance is recommended for unexpected changes. Extensions to your trip are welcomed if available.
