The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. 3 minutes from Mall and 20 restaurants and 1 hospital in very safe neighborhood.
Converted Garage into a very spacious bedroom that has access entrance on right side of house with self checkin lock. The room is very private and cozy. The location is also very close to the beach (25 minutes away), restaurants (3 minutes away), and Sunrise Mall (4 minutes away).

The apartment has its entrance on the right side of the house. Parking can be done on right side on driveway or on the street.
