Mountain Modern Tiny House near Lake CDa - boat and RV parking available!

Experience tiny house living at its finest in this peaceful mountain cabin retreat surrounded by ponderosa pines and just down the road from Lake Coeur d'Alene. Opportunities abound for hiking, golfing, boating, fishing, biking, kayaking, birdwatching, and wildlife-viewing. This cabin is a 25 minute drive from the city of Coeur d Alene.

Loffs Bay is the closest public boat launch (5 minute drive). Rockford Bay Marina with Shooters Bar and Grill is 10 minute drive. Small RV and boat parking available on site.

There is one queen bed in the tiny house, which slides back to convert to a sofa during the day. The site can accommodate up to two additional guests if you bring your own camper for sleeping.

Small getaway!

We had a great time at this place! Sarah was a great host, very communicative and helpful. Check in was easy and tiny home was absolutely adorable! Would definitely recommend for couples looking to escape. :)

Cozy accommodation with farm fresh eggs

The cabin setup was really pretty cool. You are definitely in the country at this location - which could be a great thing or a negative, depending on what you're after. The host was easy to communicate with and check in was a breeze. If you have any neck or back issues, bring your own pillows. For the most part the place was relaxing, clean and comfortable. They should maybe consider adding a couple more plates/bowls. The stairs to enter the cabin are a bit steep. The shower was a tad dingy in a spot or two, but nothing problematic at all. The lighting was great and the heating/cooling worked wonderfully. Pretty neat setup how the bed slides out of the way and turns into a couch. There are chickens right outside providing farm-fresh eggs as well (they were not noisy, either). We would totally stay here again.

So peaceful and secluded

This place is a gem if you’re looking for a quiet little get away for 2 this is it! Supplied with all amenities you could need away from home. Communication with owner was prompt and always clear communication. Being in the woods you can expect a few bugs but other than that? Wonderful and will use again!

Hi! My name is Sarah, I'm originally from Virginia but have called Coeur d'Alene home for the past 12 years. My husband and I have two daughters, and we enjoy everything the Coeur d'Alene area offers, including camping, hiking, skiing, huckleberry picking, bike riding, playing pickleball, and spending time at the lake.

I love providing a peaceful, convenient, modern "home away from home" so my guests can make the most of their time in Coeur d'Alene. When asked, I am happy to provide recommendations for restaurants and activities, so I can help make your stay as wonderful as possible.

We love the peacefulness and seclusion of the forest, and the mountain views, but the tiny house is just a short drive from the lake as well as a neighborhood bar and grill. There are filtered views of the host's house from the tiny house, but no other neighbors are in sight.
