Welcome to The Desert Bird. Located in the beautiful, gated community of Ventana Vista at Sabino Canyon. This stylish and spacious ground level, two bedroom, two bath condo has a full kitchen stocked with all the essentials. The Desert Bird is newly renovated with personal collections, decor that reflects our love of the southwest and everything you could need to have a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The space
Main Bedroom
Our main bedroom has a comfortable King bed and hotel style linens. The walk-in closet has plenty of storage and hangers, alongside a dresser for extra space to unpack and settle in. There is a 55" Roku TV to watch your favorite streaming services. Blackout curtains and blinds help create an environment for a restful nights sleep.

Main Bath
The spacious main bathroom features dual sinks, soaking tub, shower and toilet. Plush bath towels and a hairdryer is provided for you.

Second Bedroom
Our second bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed and hotel style linens. The closet has a small dresser inside with plenty of hangers. There is a 40" Roku TV to watch your favorite streaming services. Blackout curtains and blinds help create an environment for a restful nights sleep. There is a designated desk area to privately work from home.

Second Bath
A private second bath features a single sink, shower/tub combo and a toilet.

Kitchen
The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials for cooking your favorite meals. There are plenty drink ware and dish ware options. We supply cooking utensils, stainless-steel pots and ceramic sauté pans, bakeware, and serving dishes. A toaster, blender, crockpot and barware are available to use. A starter coffee, tea bags, spices, olive oil and sugar are provided too.

Dining Room
Our large 4-6 person handcrafted table is suited for gathering together to enjoy home cooked meals or carry-out, game nights, and even working from home. There is a cabinet in the dining room where a record player sits and inside is filled with records, backgammon, dining accessories, and fun platters all for you to use throughout your stay.

Living Room
A comfortable modern couch and vintage chairs provide plenty of space to relax and enjoy a good book. You will find a curated collection of books, card games, and puzzles inside the bookcase.

Laundry
A washer/dryer is available for you. We provide starter detergent pacs, and wool dryer balls.

Linen Closet
You will find a few extra bath towels, beach towels and extra supplies if needed during your stay.

Patio
There is a spacious covered patio off the dining room which has seating for 4. Two comfy chairs and a bistro table set. A perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, or dinner al fresco.

Guest access
The community is gated and there is an access code. During your stay, you will have ONE designated covered parking space. There is additional open parking for guests by the front entrance and the clubhouse.

The Community Clubhouse features a heated outdoor pool, two spas, tennis and pickle ball courts. Inside the clubhouse you can find the workout facility, lending library, pool table and ping pong. The access keys will be in the condo for you to always use and tennis racquets and balls can be found in the front closet.
