🛏 Extra Sleeping Nook: Positioned under a notable portrait of George Washington, the day bed serves as an additional efficient sleeping space.

🛁 Bathroom: Stocked with essentials like towels, shampoo, and soap, our bathroom supports a comfortable and no-frills stay.

🍳 Kitchen: Equipped with necessary appliances and utensils, our kitchen supports any meal preparation, from a quick breakfast to a dinner.

Situated in the west side of Costa Mesa, our space offers a practical and comfortable base, whether you're here for work, relaxation, or exploration.

Guest Access:
Ease of Entry: Upon your arrival, you'll find the main entrance conveniently located on the side of the building, marked with a distinguished "GW" sign. This private entrance ensures you can come and go as you please, with all the privacy you need.

Parking Made Simple: No need to worry about parking hassles. We offer parking directly in front of the property, right in front of the garage. This prime spot is reserved just for you, making it easy to unload your belongings and get settled in without delay.

We strive to make your access as smooth as possible, ensuring your stay starts and ends on a high note. If you have any questions about getting here or settling in, don't hesitate to reach out.

Bugs and Pests: We have a company that sprays and takes care of them regularly, but being so close, sometimes it is inevitable. At times we have seen ants, mice, and spiders. Altho it isn't a regular occurrence and typically only happens if the doors are left open for to long, we are equipped and capable to handle these situations.

🚫 Fireplace Usage: Please note, the fireplace is currently out of service and cannot be used during your stay. We prioritize the safety and comfort of our guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

This unit is now a monthly rental. For all rentals over 28 days in California, it is considered a long-term stay. This unit is also now a 30-night minimum. All bookings over 30 days require a simple lease that can be signed in person or online via Docusign after booking. Thank you!
