This house is conveniently located less than 5 minutes from the VA Hospital and the Duke University campus and hospital. It's 1 minute from highway I-85 which will take you North to downtown Durham in 5 minutes and South to Chapel Hill in 10 minutes, where you'll find the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and UNC Hospital.
This property is in the perfect location for accommodating traveling doctors and nurses working at these hospitals and clinics.
Other things to note
Guests should note there is a nail salon located at the rear of the property. The salon operates during normal business hours (9:00am - 6:00pm). It is separate from the house and has its own parking area.
