I. Smoking and Noise Policy:

- No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. This includes all common areas and bedrooms.
- Quiet Hours: Please maintain quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Loud noise, including music and parties, are not permitted during these times.
- Balcony Smoking: Smoking is allowed on the balcony, provided that cigarette butts are disposed of properly in the designated ashtrays.
- Violations: Failure to comply with these rules may result in a AED 5,000 fine to cover the cost of extra cleaning and odor removal.

II. Photography and Privacy:

- Commercial Photography: Commercial photography, including but not limited to product shoots, modeling, and filming, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. A separate fee may apply if approved.
- Guest Privacy: Please respect the privacy of other guests and residents. Avoid taking photos or videos of others without their consent.

III. Guest Identification and Access:

- ID Verification: Guests must provide a valid copy of their ID or passport upon booking confirmation.
- Access Cards/Keys: Guests are responsible for the care of any access cards or keys provided. Lost or damaged items will result in a AED 700 penalty fee per item.

IV. Towels and Welcome Kits:

- Complimentary Amenities: Towels and basic amenities are provided for your stay.
Additional Charges: Requests for additional towels, amenities, or welcome kits will incur additional charges.
- In-Stay Cleaning: For an additional fee, the cleaning team can provide in-stay cleaning services, which include replacing towels, linens, and welcome kits. Please notify us at least one day in advance and ensure the team has access to the apartment.
