Guests will enjoy meadow and sunset views from the pool patio, balcony, or rooftop. Fiber-optic Wifi included. San Pancho is an adorable and artistic beach town located 45 minutes from Puerto Vallarta.

We're a family of three from New York who fell in love with the laidback beachy atmosphere of San Pancho. We built this house from the ground up and love to share it with others!

Calle Honduras is a quiet block with easy parking and lovely houses. As a dead-end, there is very little through-traffic. It is also incredibly convenient, since it directly runs into the main street of town where you can find restaurants, shops, and the fastest route to the beach.

Our home looks out onto a spacious meadow dotted with mango and banana trees. It is truly an oasis!
