lots of cabinetry throughout. The dining room opens to the living room, with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and an engaging view of the patio off the dining and living rooms. The cozy living room is perfect for indoor-outdoor entertaining with its slider to the back patio. The den opens to the dining area and includes an inviting atrium with a bistro table and chairs -perfect for your morning coffee- a comfortable leather
couch, lounge chair, built-in desk with a printer, and cable TV with DVD player. This vacation rental has a new front-loading washer/dryer. The guest bedroom features twin beds that can convert to a king bed. The guest bath is updated and tastefully decorated. The sizeable primary bedroom offers a slider to the back patio, seating, a smart TV with Netflix, a double closet, and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and oval soaking tub. The patio has a beautiful dining table, gas BBQ perfect for outdoor grilling and entertaining, and additional seating, including a bistro set, lounge chair, and blooming flowers in the planter.

Casablanca is conveniently located near The McCallum Theater Performance Center, The Living Desert, El Paseo, golf courses, restaurants, and our beautiful Palm Desert Civic Center with an Olympic pool for your entertainment and adventures.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
