Bunk room has one bunk bed (two twin beds) with sliding doors to the backyard. Third room is used as an office with full dedicated desk and window into the back yard. It has a new sleeper sofa from Restoration Hardware (comfortable, no springs) that turns into a queen bed. Washer and dryer are new as is the dishwasher. Toys and games are available on request.
