Any meme during your stay please refer to us only, front desk is only there to check in and for 24 hrs security, every apartment is independently managed.
-Parking is outside the complex.
-No smoking inside the studio, if smoke is done 150 dollars will be charged to disinfect the room.
-No pets allowed.
-please turn off the lights and the mini-split when you go out.
-Do not leave the door open when the AC is on, because mini-split will condense and will cause leaking.
-If you need to throw the trash, trash bins are located on the back side of the complex, or ask reception for trash location.
