Well cared for family home. Located in a quiet culdasac location and minutes from downtown, shopping mall, University of Oregon. 2 bedrooms and room for an air mattress in the office. Addition sleeping on the sofa bed in the lower family room. Large fenced backyard for a peaceful evening outdoors. Outdoor seating with cozy gas fire. City park is across the street for activities or walking.

Great stay in Springfield!

Enjoyed our stay at this place in Springfield while we attended the US Olympic Track and Field trials! Very clean, convenient and everything it was advertised. Would stay again next time we’re in Eugene area!

Oregon for the Ohio state game

We came to Oregon for the Ohio state game. How’s was great, and I loved the little extra touches, like in the bathroom with the hotel style face wash and lotion. Would recommend and stay again if back in town.

Perfect house in a cul-de-sac

The house is as described and perfect for us and our guests. We were all very comfortable and felt at home. Brad is a fantastic receptive host. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the hospitality.

Wonderful stay

House was exactly as stated in listing. When we arrived, the home was warm and inviting. The home was clean and had everything we needed to have Thanksgiving with our kids who attend UO. Would stay again when we come to the area. Brad even allowed our son to walk through after our stay to look for his lost water bottle, which he found. Yay! Thanks for the hospitality!

Wonderful Home!

Really enjoyed staying here while visiting family in Eugene over the 4th of July. The home was exactly as advertised, and the owner was such a pleasure to deal with! He even went out of his way to provide our kids with games and treats on our arrival! The house itself was clean and had plenty of space for all of us, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Comfy beds and Keurig coffee pods too! Would highly recommend!

Great Place

The house was amazing. I've stayed in lot of different homes, but this one was amazing park very close for the kids. Beautiful yard. Can't say one thing Bad about it very clean. I highly recommend it, but don't book It too soon. Cause I might just be right back in it.Thanks.

Felt like I was home

The second I walked in I felt like I was home. It was super clean, everything we needed was there, and it was perfect for my family and friends to all be there. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. My son and his friend had a great time playing wiffle ball in the backyard (perfect size for kids to play in). And the host was absolutely amazing and made sure our stay was perfect! He left some fun stuff for the kiddos to do. Overall, the best experience I’ve had!

A great place to come back again

We are here for 3 nights for the NON event. Our first impression once we stepped in was WOW! This is better than what's advertised on website! The bestest part is the game room where my son likes a lot. It is spacious everywhere and the neighborhood is simply nice and neat and feels very safe at night. Our host is very responsive in timely manner. He even bought us a brand new coffee maker. You do need to watch out that there is only 1 shower room in case of multiple family stay. We will book this place for our next NON event.

Every Reason For A Good Review

This VRBO very much exceeded my expectations. The house was comfortable, conveniently located for going anywhere in the Eugene/Springfield area and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Across from a park and a couple blocks from the river. Shops, restaurants, shopping mall, U of O, parks and recreation - all near by. It had everything I needed for my one month stay. I just had to add food and clothing. The host, Brad, is a pleasure to talk to. He treated me like a neighbor and friend. There is every reason to give this a top-notch review and no reason not to.
