Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Adjacent to a peaceful pond with a dock and gazebo, this large studio is perfect for a couple seeking a quiet getaway for a weekend or an individual seeking a comfortable alternative to a hotel. The studio has a large sitting room with a wood-burning fireplace, a separate eating area (or office) and a spacious kitchenette. There is a lovely firepit by the pond and also an EV charging station available for our guests.

Clean and beautiful scenery.

Such a nice property and the studio was beautiful with added thought and little extras to make the stay very comfortable. Great communication with host. Will definitely try and stay there again if we are visiting that area.

Much needed reset

Just an absolutely perfect stay! Went for a 3 day self retreat so I was looking for comfort and privacy and that is exactly what I got! Greg and Julie could not have been more accommodating. The decor and amenities were the best I’ve had at a vrbo stay. I’ve never felt more comfortable outside my home. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with me. I will definitely be back!

Serene cottage core lakeside getaway

The hosts were super friendly and flexible. We loved the cozy decor and the complementary cookies. They had an assortment of games and candles to keep the guest entertained, which we loved. The studio is surrounded by greenery and waking up to bunnies and chirping birds was magical, with the pond surrounded by trees shining in the sunlight. We wish to return and relish in the serenity of seven acre woods.

Spacious, comfortable, secluded

This lovely studio apartment in a very secluded location was an ideal getaway for my husband and myself. The host was generous and kind and made himself available. The apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated. We can definitely recommend this place!

Lovely and wonderful stay!

Beautiful place with gracious hosts! Everything was so well done. Peaceful, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Highly recommended deserves more that 5 stars! We are very grateful to have had such a wonderful stay!

A Hidden Gem!

What a treat it was to spend a weekend here! From the impeccable suite to the serene outdoor setting it was the perfect spot to afford one total relaxation! The experience was outstanding and I could not imagine anything to ‘improve’ it. We look forward to visiting again!

Quiet and peaceful extra large studio that we designed for when extended family visit. So, our studio contains all of the comforts we would want our family to have when they visit us. Our home is in a beautiful setting with a patio, pond and firepit for guests to use if they choose. 15 - 20 minutes in all directions to world class restaurants and wineries and to Warrenton, Marshall, Culpeper, Little Washington and Sperryville.
