Spacious and comfortable Loft located in one of the most central areas of CDMX. Ideal for a business or pleasure stay. We invite you to enjoy the city with all the comforts and attention you need to relax. You will have a space to rest after exploring and walking, we are located just 5 minutes from La Condesa and 10 minutes from Reforma, we will be happy to welcome you!
The Space:
The Loft is spacious, fresh and clean for your comfort. has:
-1 double bed
-1 full bathroom
-Kitchen
Terrace with table and 2 chairs
-Wifi
In the building you can use the Roof garden.
Don't miss the opportunity to stay with us! We are committed to making you have a great experience, attentive to your arrival and happy to support you with whatever you need during your stay.
Guest Access:
- We kindly ask you to share with us your approximate arrival time. We will provide you with an access code
- For your convenience, the building offers elevator.
The Neighborhood:
The property is very well located. Nearby you will find a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, museums, parks, banks and more activities to do. We recommend walking, the area is very safe.
Two blocks from the property you will find the Seville metro station.
You will be only 15 minutes from Chapultepec and Polanco.
The nearest supermarket is 6 minutes away by car, you will also find shops around.
Ángel de la Independencia: An 8-minute drive from the property.
Castillo de Chapultepec: Just a 10-minute drive away.
Palacio de Bellas Artes: A 20-minute drive will take you to this cultural landmark.
Monumento a la Revolución: Reach this historic site in only 10 minutes by car.
Getting Around:
The journey from the Mexico City International Airport to the property takes approximately 40 minutes.
We recommend arriving at the property by car. We suggest:
- Taking a taxi from the airport.
- Using ride-sharing apps.
- Renting a car from one of the agencies upon arrival
Other Things to Note:
The roof garden is under maintenance, it cannot be used until further notice
-An additional cleaning fee will be charged for long stay reservations (+8 days) for every additional week
