オーナー : Amelia Timms
Amelia is a local girl, born and raised in Pacific. Amelia’s parents owned Hoffman's Drive In - a popular ice cream and hamburger shop in the 60s. She grew up sitting on the freezer while waitresses helped her with her homework and taught her to tie her shoes. She married her high school sweetheart Rick, a former Navy pilot. In their travels, they lived in places across the US and Europe. Amelia earned her degree in Culinary Arts and Management while stateside and found a passion for food.
Her passion led her to purchasing a 1983 Chevy step van in 2011 that eventually turned into ”Grazie” the Graze Food Truck. This marked the beginning of her role as business owner. Later in 2016, Amelia moved back to the STL area and purchased the first building of what @grazecatering is today.
But Amelia’s passion doesn’t stop at food. Her love for hosting and hospitality led to the newest endeavor - The Songbird. Located directly next door to the original Graze “brick & mortar,” The Songbird is the perfect chance to create a space that is relaxed and comforting with access to Graze’s amenities and services.
