Welcome to the Saratoga Escape at The Beach House! Where luxury meets oceanfront relaxation all year round!

We are Unit #1, a brand new fully furnished 2 bed, 2.5 bath townhome right along the pristine shores of Saratoga Beach on Vancouver Island.

The Space
An impeccable floor plan boasts an open concept living room and kitchen, with soaring vaulted ceilings and expansive windows allowing for natural light to freely flow in. Sit back and unwind with a glass of wine on the spacious private patio by gas fire table. With the living room on the top floor, you can admire the gorgeous panoramic view from above. The sunsets are something else here! The suite is all yours to embrace during your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped for you to show off your culinary skills using fresh produce and groceries from town. An extendable dining table allows for cozy social gatherings. Featuring Frigidaire Professional appliances, gas range, dishwasher, quartz countertops & backsplashes, blender, drip coffee maker, and toaster, you’ll have everything you need.

All the fixings, including central heating, A/C, washer & dryer, 65” smart TV, USB charging stations, BBQ/grill, fire table, cable TV, high speed WiFi, and Prime Video are all available for you to maximize your stay. Snuggle up by the stunning gas fireplace, or in the bedrooms with some of your favourites on the two additional smart TVs. You’ll find a portable Anker bluetooth speaker for your best jams. 2 tandem parking spots are available below with EV charging.

Kid friendly? Absolutely! A high chair, Pack N Play, kids dinnerware, books and puzzles are easily accessible! The little ones will love beachcombing out front and dig their hands and feet in the soft powdery sand.

Saratoga Beach has been a fan favourite for beachgoers for decades because of its glistening sandy shoreline and tide that goes out over a quarter of a mile. Amazingly calm waters make it safe for even children to play! With a dreamy beach just steps away from your front door, you can enjoy the beauty Saratoga Beach has to offer, away from the everyday.

Immerse yourself in endless activities, whether it may be fishing, hiking, skim boarding, paddle boarding, kayaking, or swimming. With premier golf courses nearby, this is perfect for that getaway with your avid golfing friends. Take the family for whale watching, mini golfing, or head to the Saratoga Speedway. Let’s not forget the renowned Mt. Washington Alpine Resort just a short commute away - a favourite for skiers, and is open year-round to visitors from far and wide.

Location
With Campbell River and Courtenay nearby, you’ll have the opportunity to browse all the local shops and restaurants and revel in the hidden gems. Visit the Courtenay Country Market for fresh local produce, meats and grocery. Perhaps you’ll catch a glimpse of the infamous goats on the roof at the Market in Coombs! The Campbell River Airport is less than 20 min away, and the Nanaimo Ferry Terminal just one and a half hour away with tons of attractions along the way, which makes getting to The Beach House at
Saratoga smooth and effortless.

To note:
- The Beach House is built on stilts. All units are accessible only via outdoor staircases. Our townhouse units have an additional 2nd flight of interior stairs going up to the 2nd level. Please note that our units are not ideal for those with mobility issues.

Guests have access to the entire unit and unlimited beach access!

There is local transit, but it does not run often, and a vehicle is highly recommended
