Casitica De Pájaros

At Casitica de Pájaros, you may see toucans, lapas, rare butterflies and even iguanas right from the deck of your tiny house! If you're looking for a creative tropical get away, this is the place for you. Covered in murals of the local nature, this villa will inspire your travels and creativity! We are 10 minutes away from the beaches of Bahia Ballena, the hot spots of Uvita River and its waterfalls, and 5 minutes walking to the public services of the town.

There is a pool, outdoor gazebo with kitchen/shower/bathroom, closed-in parking, WiFi, AC, and hot water. Each casitica hosts up to 3 guests on a queen bed and sofa bed, and is equipped with a full bathroom, kitchenette, and private deck. Pets welcome!

Services like the bus stop, gas stations, ATMs, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bakeries, gyms, spas, health retreats, boutique shops, hair dressers, and more are just 5-10 minutes walking distance.

Receive a complimentary morning coffee and eat organic pasture raised eggs from our chickens for your breakfast. Yes, you can pet them too!

Cook and eat in the large outdoor kitchen gazebo that has 8 stove top burners, 2 sinks, a full fridge, grill, and 2 dining tables with all the utilities you need! Refresh under the large outdoor shower head after returning from your adventures, and indulge in the dipping pool as you wind down. Sleep cozy in the comfortable queen size bed with the black out curtains down. Catch up on your favorite TV shows with the smart TV and the AC on to keep you cool.

Come dip your legs in the Uvita river which runs right by our back yard, or go for a full swim in its various swimming holes nearby! Drive 5-10 minutes to stunning beaches like Playa Uvita, Playa Hermosa, and Playa Ventanas. Take in the tropics under stunning waterfalls like Catarata Uvita, Catarata Nauyaca and Catarata Ojochal.
