Check-In & Check-Out: Arrive between 4 PM and 10 PM for check-in, and check out on or before 10 AM for a seamless departure.

No Parties: To maintain a serene atmosphere, kindly refrain from hosting parties.

Pets Allowed: Your four-legged companions are more than welcome! A pet-friendly retreat awaits with a fee per pet per stay, subject to approval.

Professional Cleaning: Rest easy—each unit undergoes professional cleaning after every stay to ensure a pristine environment.

Laundry Facilities: Enjoy the convenience of on-site laundry with available washing machines and dryers.

No Smoking Policy: For the comfort of all guests, please respect the no-smoking policy within the suites.

Your comfort and satisfaction are our priorities—thank you for helping us maintain a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all!
We ask that you treat this residence the exact same way that you would want a guest to treat your own home :)

Please also acknowledge the following:

1. Based on past experiences, we do not host groups who are all 21 years of age or younger. If your group is 21 years of age or younger, please do not place a reservation without written pre-approval from us. Failure to do so will result in termination of your reservation.

2. Locals are not allowed to place a booking without pre-approval from us. This is to prevent nearby residents from using our property as a party house.

3. Please note that we only release door codes to the person who booked the reservation, and you must provide valid, government issued photo ID.

4. All guests must be accounted for in the reservation. This means all guests entering the property at any point in time counts as a guest. In other words, the definition of a guest is not limited to only those people planning on sleeping inside the property, but to all guests planning to be inside at any given time. For example, if 6 people are going to “hang out” inside, but only 2 people plan on sleeping over, then the guest count selecting during the booking should be “6” not “2.” Any extra guests not disclosed before arrival will lead to an immediate termination of the reservation or an additional charge of $30 per person. We will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.

5. We may need to ask for your driver's license for verification during the check-in process.

6. No parties/events. We have close relationships with our neighbors, and we respect their rights as homeowners. Therefore, we will know if parties are being held. If this rule is not followed, your reservation will be terminated, and we will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.

7. Not for commercial use or special occasions without pre-approval (weddings, bachelor parties, birthdays, commercials, bridal showers, photoshoots, etc.). We will consider your request if you request in advance. Failure to request in advance will lead to termination of your reservation.

8. Please note that this is a smoke-free/drug free environment. If any smoking/vaping/drugs are detected either within the retreat or in the common areas, we will immediately terminate the reservation and we will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.

9. No excessive noise or loud music. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. If any noise complaints are reported by neighbors or detected, your reservation will be terminated, and we will seek compensation up to $1,000 for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.

10. Please check-out of your suite on time in order to avoid a late check-out fee. It takes our cleaners a full 5 hours to clean and launder the suite for the next guest to check-in. If you require an earlier check-in or a later check-out please request it in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you for an additional fee of $15 per hour up to 2 hours;

Family Retreat - Staying Connected To The Vine!

Amazing location for a family, especially with kids! Close easy access to the lake trails and other amenities.Also close to a lot of drivable locations that are fun for for families.The unit itself was also amazing. Had a perfect layout with the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen.The host was also amazing with all communication and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.I’d highly recommend in staying here for anybody coming as a family for a vacation holiday or planning a personal retreat

DO NOT BOOK THIS! Waste of money and very disappointing

If i could give a negative number for a review I would! Save your money! False advertisement on many levels. Unit says "mountain view" it is....if you stay in the bedroom otherwise if is a view of a TRAILER PARK! Or, one tiny side window in the livingroom looks at the lake. Bird crap down the windows along with handprints everywhere.The cheapest of the cheap for everything and not nearly enough kitchen equipment for more than 4 people. Dirty kitchen utensils and old food, crumbs and hair in the drawers. Wax drippings on the counter. No airbed provided when it was requested in the original vrbo reservation. Not enough bedding. Bar stools and patio furniture falling apart and not useful or usable. BBQ's on the roof are all garbage and falling apart. I was able to use one of the three but only because i had brought my own bbq lighter to light birthday candles. Otherwise there is no way to light the bbq. The other two were completely inoperable and in pieces.Poor communication and horrible treatment from the "management" company! I was in contact with them my entire stay and explained how disappointed and unhappy i was and they had the nerve to say i had not been in contact. The first day, they offered to move my group to another unit a 2 bedroom when we needed 3! They offered a measly 5% refund. However, they have not processed it. The building was not secure, front door open and lost people wandering in and out.
