Your relaxing vacation begins as the house is only 8 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport in the prestigious Biltmore area.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is full of charm and elegance. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The living room is a bright open concept looking into the kitchen.

The backyard is equipped with a masterfully planned pool and hot tub. The pool also features evening lighting and a gas fireplace. The pool cannot be heated but the hot tub spills over into the pool and can heat it up.

Did we mention we allow dogs? We allow two dogs to stay at the property for an additional fee of $25 per night (to be charged after confirmed booking). Additional damages by the pet will be charged to the guest.
