この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
I chose this neighborhood because it sits on the historic Pocahontas Island. This neighborhood has a lot of beautiful historic sites and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. My goal was to bring more people to Petersburg and allow them the ability to feel safe and secure. The property is less than 5 minutes away from the police station, a short walk or drive away from downtown Petersburg ,Virginia State University, only a few minutes away from local hospitals, Southpark Mall, Fort Gregg-Adams, the future Lego facility and tons of delicious eateries!

What makes this property unique is that this is one of Pocahontas Island’s original homes, built in 1838. The home was completely renovated this year and features all new appliances, boasts a modern look with boho chic furnished, central heating and air conditioning. It’s truly THE place to stay in Petersburg!
