The house is a beautifully restored 19th century monumental house prominently located in the historical and artsy neighborhood of Otrobanda.
The house has a spacious living room equipped with AC, high speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with AC, 1 bathroom with rain shower, a patio with automatic powered louvered roof, a laundry room and a garden paved with natural stone cobbles, where you can relax. There is free parking on the premises.
You will have the entire home with private parking to enjoy.
This is a friendly neighbourhood with restaurants and stores close by.
The home is equipped with a pre-paid electricity system. You get up to a total of 20 kWh per night for free. Anything above that, will be charged at USD 0,50 per kWh.
