The neighborhood is conveniently located walking distance to Central Park, yet it still offers a peaceful and tranquil setting. The friendly neighbors create a welcoming atmosphere, and in the evenings, the air is filled with the delightful scents of coffee and cardamom being processed at a nearby coffee mill. It’s a place where you can see neighbors chatting, children playing soccer, and a shared pride in the community garden.

Beautiful bedroom with wide French doors that allows you to view to the volcano and coffee mill. The bedroom has a comfortable King-size bed, a Smart TV and modern walk-in shower with a quad shower head and air conditioning. You will also have access to a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living room that also has a Smart TV. A Terrace that offers a breathtaking view to the volcanos and mountains, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a coffee break.
