Stay comfortably in Gatesville at this 2-bedroom apartment. This terrific property features 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed, and 1 futon, perfect for a group of friends or family. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Sonic and Burger Boy are right across the road. Including many more restaurants and shops. Down the road is the local grocery store, H-E-B. This space is newly renovated and is for the entire upstairs apartment unit. Nice clean fresh paint and contemporary look. Brand new furniture, fixtures, and appliances. We are excited to provide this space to you and want you to feel at home. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

Comfortable stay

The home is very nice. Fairly quiet except some occasional noise from the auto shop right across the home. Had all the amenities you needed including blankets, towels, toilet paper, shampoo, dryer and washing machine. Heaters helped with the cold but could trip the breakers. Happened once and the host came out immediately to help. Would definitely stay here again.

Ok for price

When we arrived there were people parked in the parking spots provided. This property has limited parking. A couple of guys were staying in the upstairs area and we didn’t have a place to park and unload. We notified the manager and they promptly messaged the other tenants and let them know we needed the other spot for our stay. They came out and moved one of the vehicles. Communication was great with the manager of property. That being said the cleaning was poor We found trash under beds and dirt on floors. We also found some stuff that was not good for kids to find. Overall the place is good for what you get. We messaged the manager about the issues and they said they would address. The parking is the biggest problem I could see with this property.
