The Space:
With a stay at Palm Paradise Retreat, you’ll see just why this area attracts visitors from all over, regardless of reason or season. This charming cottage is the perfect place for a couple’s escape or intimate family getaway, tucked away in a private neighborhood a mere 5 minutes from the glittering sandy shores. When you’re looking to venture out and spend a day exploring, opportunities for adventure are aplenty. By sea, take a scenic boat cruise along the Intercoastal Waterway or a thrilling airboat ride through the Everglades. On land, immerse yourself in mesmerizing masterpieces at the NSU Art Museum or marvel at the captivating exhibits at the Museum of Discovery and Science. Of course, you must also set aside some time to explore the shopping and dining scene offering everything from quaint seaside cafes to award winning restaurants and eclectic boutiques.

Back at the cottage, bright, open spaces welcome you home, adorned with comfortable furnishings and beach-chic décor. Curl up on plush sofa seating while you keep up with episodes of your favorite shows on the smart TV. Steps away, the well-equipped kitchen is stocked with all the comforts of home whether you’re whipping up light meals on the go or unpacking the contents of delicious takeout from a newly discovered local restaurant. The table seats the whole crew for formal meals or can play host to a fun and spontaneous game night. Step outdoors to whip up a delicious barbeque feast on the grill or enjoy some peace and quiet turning the pages of a good book on the chaise lounge.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests between a private bedroom and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom includes a luxurious queen size bed, work desk, smart TV, and patio access. The home’s full bathroom includes a single vanity and walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• This home does not offer laundry facilities.
• Driveway parking available for 1 vehicle.
• Please note there are two buildings on the property, the main house and a cottage. This unit is the cottage, located furthest from the driveway.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets, 45 lbs. or less allowed. No aggressive breeds or exotic animals. An additional daily pet fee of $35 per pet will be required. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras. The first is located on the exterior corner of the house closest to the front door, actively monitoring the driveway and entrance. The second is located on the corner of the house opposite the driveway, actively monitoring the walkway between the main house and the cottage.

Ft. Lauderdale is known for its famous beaches with 24 miles of golden sandy shores. The beaches alone offer enough of a reason to visit, but that’s really just the beginning. Greater Fort Lauderdale has 300 miles of inner waterways, leading to the nickname of ‘Venice of America’ and fun activities like gondola rides and water taxis. Along Las Olas Boulevard, explore shopping, dining, and the historic districts, or take a walk down Fort Lauderdale's landscaped beachfront promenade, with its signature white wave wall and paved brick path. Day trips are a great idea with nearby destinations like Everglades National Park (50 minutes) and Miami (45 minutes).
