Other things to note
LATE CHECK-IN

We are happy to arrange later check ins when possible, but please note the following fees:

After 9 PM = 20 euro
After 11 PM = 30 euro
After 1 AM= 40 euro


30+ DAYS RESERVATIONS

According to local laws, for all those reservations of more than 30 days Is mandatory an agreement of lease.

It also require an initial deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation, that will have given you back at the check-out.

The cost for the legal registration is 100 euros.

For this reason, we applied some measures to offer an experience that meets the current needs of our guests without forgetting our main objective: making them feel better and enjoying an amazing experience.

What we do for you:

- Complete sanitation of the apartment using an enhanced cleaning through products alcohol-based, as recommended by Italian Ministry of Health
- All the linen is professionally sanitized after each use.
- One day blocked before and after each reservation in order to maximise the result of the sanitation.
- Me and my friend Mario, will greet you rigorously wearing gloves and a face mask.
- As of the reservation, you will be informed with the latest news on the situation, opportunities you can find to enjoy your trip and every other information useful to have the best experience possible.

We have professional cleaners come after each stay to make sure the room is in meticulous condition for incoming guests.
