Extras Services: POOL HEATING: $49 per day (this price has already included all taxes) - minimum 3 days (when requested by guest.) GRILL: To use the grill we charge $81 (this price has already included all taxes) mandatory cleaning fee. We provide propane tank to refill if necessary. HOUSEKEEPING: The unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before your check-in. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for garbage collection on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays around 10 a.m. Enclose the garbage in trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacle (bench) outside the front door.
