Our incredible 2 bedrooms apartment is located in the heart of JBR at the best residential tower (THE 1 JBR), overseeing all the angles of the Marina , Dubai Eye and The Palm from its different windows across the apartment. Enjoy your own private beach where you can swim, tan and enjoy all kinds of activities , restaurants and attractions. The building is perfectly located right onto Jumirah Beach Walk for an afternoon walk, a morning run or even sunset drinks.
This brand new 2 bedroom apartment with sea view, stone flooring and modern finishing, can accommodate up to 6 people. (4 adults and 2 kids)
