Perfectly located in a quiet building in the city centre and a 20 minute walk to the Marina or beach. This 2 bedroom 2nd floor apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, sitting and dining area along with free Wifi.

It can accommodate a party of 4 guests with it's 2 double beds.

Ideally situated for all holiday makers who enjoy exploring the city and close to amenities, public transport, cafes and a supermarket.

A/C provided in all living areas.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a very quiet building in a residential area in the heart of the city centre. The building has 2 apartments on each floor.

The apartment comprises of a separate living/dining room area from the kitchen which also has it's own dining facilities.

Wifi is very fast and the TV provides all local channels.

Each bedroom has a double bed which can easily accommodate 2 guests in each room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, fridge and washing machine (no dishwasher).

Kindly note that electricity is included in the price (based on a limit of 15 Kwh per day).
If consumption is exceeded, the difference will be charged extra at 0.34c per Kwh.
The meter is read on arrival and departure.

Beach towels are provided along with a cooler bag during the summer season.

The apartment is strictly non-smoking, however smokers are welcome to use the balcony.

The apartment is a self-catering accommodation and we only supply a few essential starter items such as toilet paper, washing-up liquid and sponge for dishes and therefore we are not a hotel. Guests are responsible to purchase everything that they will require during their stay. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.
