Guests will have full access to the apartment and all building amenities, including the forever pool, fitness center, and game room. A dedicated parking space is also available.

Kindly note that access to the air hockey table is available as an additional service, subject to an extra charge due to the significant electricity consumption. We appreciate your understanding.

Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, an additional charge of AED 150 per hour applies from 11am up until 1 pm. After 1 pm, guests will be charged AED 1000 for the late check-out and cleaning delay.

Smoking is only allowed in the balcony. Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of AED 3500 for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
