Three beautiful bedrooms Available. Apartment is located in Villa Campestre, a quiet and safe neighborhood, close to restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and points of interest.We have a strategic location, between the Puerto Colombia Road and the Ciénaga de Mallorquín, just minutes from the Buenavista Shopping Center, Playa Salgar, and other important spots in the city.

no outside visitors, no overnight guest without previous approval
*AC is only in the rooms not the entire house .
