This newly remodeled Tempe Vibe house close to Mill, ASU, Tempe Town Lakes and all of the fun - boasts 3 inviting bedrooms with 3 queen beds. The superbly located and upscale property has everything you need to enjoy Tempe's finest sights and entertainment. Perfect for Spring training, hitting Mill, Tempe festivals, or visiting students at ACI. Master bedroom has its own Master bathroom. Hall bath 2 sinks and extra large shower. Hair dryers, soaps, shampoo's and conditioner in bathrooms; Coffee, creamer, sugars, and seasonings in the kitchen. Great back yard to sit and chill out in! Guests will feel right at home. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at 1553 5th Place! Enjoy the Tempe Vibe!

This is this PERFECT neighborhood in Tempe. Close to ASU for all campus events. A free bus picks up right across the street and brings you to campus and the stadium!
Close to Tempe town Lakes and all the festivals. Close to Mill AVE and all the fun that happens there!
The neighborhood is quiet, safe and great for walking around.
