Maximum Occupancy
Reminder: During the night, the chalet cannot accommodate more guests than specified in the rental agreement. You must inform the owner of any changes in this regard. Failure to comply may result in a minimum penalty of $200 or immediate eviction.

Exclusive Use
The property may only be used for vacation purposes.

Subletting and Assignment
The tenant may not assign their rental rights or sublet the property.

Cleaning and Additional Fees
Upon departure, the spa water must be as clean and suitable for bathing as upon arrival. A minimum additional fee of $250 will apply if this condition is not met.
The tenant must inform us of any damage or issues noticed upon arrival or caused during their stay.
Additional charges may apply if the property requires excessive cleaning beyond standard housekeeping services. Regular cleaning is included, but the tenant is responsible for restoring the property to its original condition, including cleaning walls and ceilings in case of splashes and properly disposing of waste after a party.

Prohibitions
At all times, it is strictly prohibited to:
- Smoke inside the property. Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts in the provided sand containers.
- Move the pool table, furniture, or electronic devices.
- Unplug or modify any electronic device or connection.
- Park an RV or set up tents outside.
- Bring animals inside or outside the property.
