The Space:
Casa Libre is situated on the fourth floor of the second building within the Surf Residence community. Upon arrival, you'll have a designated parking spot for your car or golf cart, with additional spaces available outside. An elevator takes you directly to the penthouse, which shares the floor with only one other residence.
As you step inside, you are welcomed by an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, featuring floor-to-ceiling glass doors framing breathtaking views of the ocean and bay. The covered terrace includes a private pool, a sectional sofa, and an outdoor dining area. The fully equipped kitchen is strategically designed to offer ocean views and connects to the laundry room. A hallway leads to the family room, where you'll find a large sectional sofa, a TV, and a storage area stocked with board games. All bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling wooden shutters and smart TVs with internet access.
From the family room, a staircase leads to the rooftop (you may also use the elevator), where you can enjoy another private pool, a jacuzzi, a gas grill, a fridge, an ice maker, a bar with stools, a dining table, and lounge seating. This space also includes a full bathroom with a shower and stunning views.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to all of Casa Libre’s amenities, including the private pools, rooftop, golf cart, and lounge areas. With our membership, you can also access Punta Mita’s golf courses (fees apply, check with the golf club for details).

The Neighborhood:
Located within Punta Mita, Casa Libre is part of one of the most exclusive areas in the region. Just a short distance away is La Lancha beach, famous for its excellent surf. The community offers various beach clubs with pools, restaurants, and activities, as well as bike and surfboard rentals. Café Mita is a great spot for breakfast or coffee, and nearby you’ll find tennis and pickleball courts, a gym, and a food truck with snacks and drinks.
Golf lovers can access two world-class courses with our membership (fees apply). Luxury spas at the St. Regis and Four Seasons hotels are also within reach. For adventurers, Monkey Mountain offers hiking trails, and charming nearby towns like Sayulita are known for their bohemian atmosphere and vibrant beach scene.

Getting Around:
The included golf cart is an excellent way to explore Punta Mita. Biking and walking are also popular, as the community features scenic trails surrounded by lush tropical landscapes.
