- Stays of 30 nights or longer are managed by P.S. Platinum Property Management, Inc. (DRE 02215202) and are subject to additional lease terms.
- Maximum occupancy of 7, sleeps 6 people in beds + 1 more in a sofa sleeper (2 King beds, 1 Queen bed, 1 Full Sofa Sleeper)
- The Spa can be heated for an additional fee of $50/day, requiring a 3 day minimum. Please let us know if you would like to add this.
- This property enforces a No Smoking policy, both within and outside the home - NO EXCEPTIONS

- This home is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy around loud noise, excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighbors, over-occupancy, and parties. Violations of this policy will result in deposit forfeitures and/or evictions that are strictly enforced.
